Pour ½ cup of your preferred milk into container that can hold up to 1 cup. Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and 1 teaspoon of honey to the milk and stir.
2 tablespoons chia seeds, ½ cup oat milk, 1 teaspoon honey
Put the lid on the container and let the contents settle for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, shake the contain again.
Refrigerate the container with the lid on for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Top with your preferred ingredients, serve and enjoy! .
1 strawberries, 3-4 blueberries
Notes
You can leave the honey out of the chia seed mixture or just drizzle honey on top of your pudding when you are ready to eat it. Enjoy!
