My travels to Hanoi in Vietnam brought me to this darling tea shop. They offered me a delicious cup of team. One sip and I was in love. I've created this recipe to share with all of you. Enjoy!

Fill a tea kettle with 2 cups of water. Add in cinnamon sticks.

4 cinnamon sticks

Boil for up to 15 minutes or until the water is fermented with the cinnamon.
▢
Remove from heat and add in orange slices. Steep for another 5 to 10 minutes.
3 orange slices

Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can reuse the cinnamon sticks for up to 5 times or until it loses its flavor. Enjoy!
