Creamy Cilantro Lime Sauce

This sauce takes only 5 minutes to make and has a ton of flavor. Add it to your favorite grilled meat, salad, or as a dipping sauce. It's so easy to make and has become my go to favorite sauce. Give it a try.

  • Add cilantro with tender stem, garlic cloves, jalapenos, salt, ground pepper, cumin, lime juice, and Greek yogurt into your food processor.
    2 cups cilantro, 4 cloves garlic, 2 jalapenos, ¼ cup lime juice, ½ cup Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon cumin, salt and pepper
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Slowly add in the vinegar (optional) and olive oil to the food processor. Continue to blend until it makes a smooth and creamy sauce.
    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, ⅓ cup avocado oil
  • Taste and add more salt and/or pepper if needed.

  • Transfer the cilantro lime sauce into an air tight container or glass jar.
  • Enjoy as a salad dressing, poured over grilled meat, or as a dip.
