Measure out all of your ingredients and set aside.
4 ½ cups mango, ¼ cup pure maple syrup, ½ lemon
Add mango, syrup and lemon juice to the blender.
Blend on smoothie setting if using a Blentec bender or similar setting if using another brand of blender. Add in coconut water, a little at a time. Continue to blend and add in more coconut water until you achieve the desired creamy consistency.

Place sorbet into a freezer container and freeze until ready to use.
