  • On medium heat, warm olive oil in a frying pan. Add in the ground beef and cook until the beef is thoroughly cooked and does not have pink.
    1 tbsp olive oil, 1 lb lean ground beef
  • Transfer the beef and all of the ingredients into the slow cooker. Set the slow cooker to low setting and cook for up 6 hours.
    ¼ cup onions, ¼ cup green pepper, 1 cup beef broth, 1 packet sloppy joe mix, 1 6 oz can tomato paste

  • Serve on hamburger buns and enjoy!
