This authentic Greek recipe for Tzatziki sauce is so good and easy to make. It is full of flavor and such a great appetizer for this Summer. I used my homemade Greek yogurt recipe for the base, but you can use store bought Greek yogurt as well. Give it a try!
In a small bowl combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, olive oil, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
1 ½ cup plain greek yogurt, ½ cup cucumber, ½ tsp garlic, ⅓ cup dill, ½ tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper, 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
Allow flavors to meld. You can cover and put the dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Enjoy with fresh vegetables or whatever you prefer to dip.
