Homemade Hot Chocolate

This simple crockpot hot chocolate recipe is seriously one of the best you'll ever taste. It's super creamy, rich, and totally delicious. Just toss the ingredients into your crockpot, and it'll be ready by the time your guests show up or the kids come in from playing outside. You should definitely give it a shot!

  • Combine all of the hot chocolate ingredients into the slow cooker and stir together.
    6 cups milk, 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk, 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, 1 ½ cups heavy cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ⅛ teaspoon salt

  • Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or high for about 2 hours. Set a timer and stir at 15 minutes after starting the hot chocolate. Continue to stir every 45 minutes until the hot chocolate is ready.
  • You will know it is ready when the chocolate is completely melted and mixture is steaming hot.
  • When ready to serve, top your hot chocolate with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
