Give your grilled chicken a kick by marinating it in a flavorful jalapeno sauce. Pair your chicken with grilled corn on the cob and you have a delicious meal. Give it a try and let's get cooking!
Wash your chicken breasts and blot dry using a paper towel. Set aside.
2 lbs chicken breasts
In a mini food processor, add in marinade ingredients.
4 jalapeno peppers, ¼ cup lime juice, 4 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp salt, 1 ½ tsp pepper, ¼ cup avocado oil
Blend all ingredients until they make a creamy marinade.
Place the washed chicken in a container or bag that seals. Add in the marinate. Ensure all pieces are coated and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Once you are ready to grill, preheat your grill for 10-15 minutes on 425-450℉.
Place your marinated chicken breasts on your pre-heated grill over direct medium heat at 425-450°F.
While all grills are different, most of the time you’ll be golden if you grill your chicken breasts for about 9-10 minutes, flipping the chicken breasts over at the halfway point so you get beautiful, even sear marks on each side of the chicken.
You will know the chicken is done when the internal temperature of the chicken is 165℉.
Serve and enjoy!
