Fold in the lemon juice and then add the flour mixture & mix until all of the ingredients are combined.
3 tbsp lemon juice
Spoon batter into prepared pan.
Place the pan on the center rack of your oven and bake for 60-70 minutes at 350℉. Check the loaf at 60 minutes with a toothpick to see if it comes out clean. If not, continue to bake at 3-5 minute increments until a toothpick comes out clean.
Once done, remove the pan from the oven. Remove the loaf from the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
