For assembly of each wrap: set out the tortilla or alternative wrap and spread hummus down the center. To the left of the hummus, add the mixed greens. Top with the chicken, sun-dried tomatoes (add these with a fork to drain out some of the oil). Top with pesto and crumbled feta cheese.
4 tortilla wraps, 8 tbsp hummus, 2 cup mixed salad greens, 2 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded, 8 tbsp sundried tomatoes in oil and herbs, 8 tbsp basil pesto, 8 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
To wrap: fold the top and bottom in slightly and then tightly roll up the tortilla. Use a sharp knife to cut the wrap in half and enjoy immediately!
