  • Preheat the air fryer to 400℉.

  • Wash and paper towel dry the chicken drumsticks. Set aside.
    10 chicken drumsticks
  • Mix the dry rub ingredients in a bowl.
    1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, ¼ tsp red pepper, ½ tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder
  • Thoroughly coat the chicken drumsticks by sprinkling the dry rub on all sides. Rub around each drumstick to evenly coat.

  • Place the drumsticks in the preheated air fryer and cook at 400℉ for 10 minutes. Turn and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165℉.

I made about 10 drumsticks so 4 people could get 2-3 each.
