  • Place salad greens and green onions into the salad bowl.
    4 cups mixed salad greens, 2 green onions
  • In a small bowl, whisk olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Drizzle over salad and toss.
    4 tbsp olive oil, ¼ lemon
  • Season with salt and pepper. Toss again. Add more to taste.
    ¼ tsp salt, ⅛ tsp pepper
  • Serve and enjoy!
