Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients (aka. flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt).
3 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt
In the bowl of your electric mixer, beat the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
1 cup unsalted butter, softened, ¾ cup brown sugar, packed, ¾ cup sugar, 2 large eggs, 2 tsp vanilla
Add in the dry ingredients and beat on low speed until all ingredients are combined.
Add in the chips and toffee pieces and blend on low. Scoop out dough balls onto the parchment lined pan. Space about 2 inches apart.
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup toffee candy chips
Cook for 14 minutes or until lightly brown. Let cool and enjoy.
