3 Ingredient Blueberry Protein Pancakes
Start your day off right with some high protein pancakes that are full of fresh blueberries. Top your pancake with fresh fruit like strawberries or blueberries and your favorite maple syrup. It’s quick, easy and delicious. Give it a try!
3 Ingredient Blueberry Protein Pancakes
These pancakes are fast, easy, healthy, and so darn good. I only use three ingredients to make these pancakes. You can top them with maple syrup for some extra sweetness. Let's get cooking!
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup protein pancake mix just add water mix
- ⅓ cup water
- 8-12 blueberries fresh, washed
Optional Toppings
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 strawberries sliced
- 6 blueberries fresh, washed
Instructions
- Warm your griddle or frying pan on medium low heat.
- Mix your protein pancake mix per the instructions on the package.⅓ cup protein pancake mix, ⅓ cup water
- Spray your griddle with non stick cooking spray and pour your pancake mix onto the griddle. Drop in 8 or more fresh blueberries to your pancake and cook for up to 5 minutes or until the botton of the pancake is light brown in color.8-12 blueberries
- When ready, flip your pancake and cook an additional 3-5 minutes, ensuring your pancake is cooked through.
- Turn off heat and remove the pancake. Please on a plate and top with desired toppings like additional blueberries and maple syrup. Serve and enjoy!2 tbsp maple syrup
