With busy schedules, substitute a shake for any meal and feel satisfied. This recipe is high in antioxidants, protein, fiber, potassium and vitamin c.   • Place wet ingredients in the bottom of your blender and top with the protein powder, flaxseed meal, and chia seeds.
    1 ¼ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Add in remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed.
    1 clementine, ½ frozen banana, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • Serve and enjoy!
