Berry High Protein Smoothie

It’s so refreshing to have a smoothie for your first meal of the day. It’s a nice way to start the day off right by whipping up a shake before you run out the door. With busy schedules, substitute a shake for any meal and feel satisfied. This recipe is high in antioxidants, protein, fiber, potassium and vitamin c. Berry High Protein Smoothie
Replace any meal with this protein packed smoothie that is full of antioxidants, fiber, protein, potassium and vitamin C. Enjoy!
Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut water
- 1 clementine peeled and seeds removed
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 cup frozen blueberries or frozen berry blend
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Place wet ingredients in the bottom of your blender and top with the protein powder, flaxseed meal, and chia seeds.1 ¼ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Add in remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed.1 clementine, ½ frozen banana, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup frozen blueberries
