  • Begin skewering the ingredients in the following order: tomato-basil-mozzarella-basil-tomato-basil-mozzarella-basil-tomato. If you are prefer smaller portion sizes, you can skewer in the following order: tomato-basil-mozzarella-basil-tomato.
    24 whole grape or cherry tomatoes, 16 fresh basil leaves, 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • Repeat to finish the ingredients that you have. Drizzle the finished skewers with balsamic glaze.
    1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!
