  • Add cream, butter and corn syrup to a medium saucepan and heat on medium. Stir consistently until the butter melts.
    1 cup heavy cream, 1 tbsp salted butter, 2 tbsp corn syrup
  • Add in chocolate and stir into the cream. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes, then mix. Continue to stir until the chips are melted.
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Whisk in vanilla and continue to whisk until chocolate is creamy and smooth.
    ½ tsp vanilla
  • Remove from heat, cool to room temperature and serve. This sauce can be refrigerated in an air tight container for up to 3 weeks. Enjoy!
