Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream or dairy free alternative
- 1 tbsp salted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp corn syrup or honey
- ½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Add cream, butter and corn syrup to a medium saucepan and heat on medium. Stir consistently until the butter melts.1 cup heavy cream, 1 tbsp salted butter, 2 tbsp corn syrup
- Add in chocolate and stir into the cream. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes, then mix. Continue to stir until the chips are melted.1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Whisk in vanilla and continue to whisk until chocolate is creamy and smooth.½ tsp vanilla
- Remove from heat, cool to room temperature and serve. This sauce can be refrigerated in an air tight container for up to 3 weeks. Enjoy!
