Cucumber Mint Yogurt Dip
This dip is so good and easy to make. It is full of flavor and low on calories. It's a refreshing dip that can be paired with fresh vegetables like baby carrots, sliced cucumbers, and grape tomatoes. Or try it with naan bread, crackers or your favorite items to dip. I used my homemade Greek yogurt recipe for the base, but you can use store bought Greek yogurt as well. Give it a try!

- 1 grater
Ingredients
- ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
- ½ cup cucumber shredded and juice drained
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon mint
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice the juice from ¼ of a lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag carrot chips optional
- 1 english cucumber optional
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, mint, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.¾ cup plain greek yogurt, ½ cup cucumber, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoon mint, 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
- Allow flavors to meld. You can cover and put the dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Enjoy with fresh vegetables or whatever you prefer to dip.
