Easy Gluten Free Brownies

Baking gluten free does not have to be hard or overwhelming. There are so many companies that offer really good gluten free options. I found the Ghirardeli® Gluten Free Double Chocolate Brownie Mix to be delicious. I used melted coconut oil, which gave it some extra flavor. These brownies are easy, quick and so good. Easy Gluten Free Brownies
Gluten free baking doesn't have to be difficult. Especially when we have some really good products that have perfected their gluten free offerings. I made these Ghirardeli® Gluten Free Double Chocolate Brownies and they were delicious and so easy. They only require 3 extra ingredients. Give them a try.

Ingredients
- 1 box Ghirardeli® Gluten Free Double Chocolate Brownie Mix
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted or substitute preferred oil
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Follow directions on the package. Preheat your oven to 325℉. Prepare an 8×8 glass baking pan by coating the bottom with butter or coconut oil. Set it aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix melted coconut oil, water, egg and mix until well blended.1 box Ghirardeli® Gluten Free Double Chocolate Brownie Mix, ½ cup coconut oil, melted, ⅓ cup water, 1 egg
- Transfer the mix into a greased 8×8 glass baking pan. Bake in preheated oven according to the direction on the package. Enjoy!
