Fall In Love with Water

Fall In Love with Water

Our bodies are 60% water and health experts suggest we stay hydrated by drinking water. So how much water should you drink? The Mayo Clinic suggests that men should aim for around 15 1/2 cups of water daily, while women should shoot for 11 1/2 cups. If you’re pregnant, experts recommend drinking 10 cups, and nursing moms should aim for around 12. But with our hectic schedules, how do we make sure we’re getting enough water? Make it a routine to grab your go-to hot and cold water bottle whenever you’re heading out. I’m a big fan of a stainless steel bottle that fits perfectly in my car’s cupholder and works with hot or cold beverages. This way, I never forget my morning coffee during drop-off or on my commute, plus I always have refreshing cold water ready when I’m busy and need to hydrate. So make water a priority in your self care routine and reference these resources to help. Enjoy!
