Infused Water
I'm really trying hard to keep myself hydrated and drink a lot of water daily. The Mayo Clinic suggests we should aim for at least 11 cups each day. To make it easier to drink more water, I wanted to share this super simple infused water recipe. It's refreshing and packed with health benefits! I toss in cucumber, mint, lemon, and ginger, which can help with things like:– Digestion and easing discomfort– Reducing inflammation– Boosting your immune system– Staying hydrated– Managing weight– Promoting healthy skin– Enhancing mental clarity and focus– Balancing pH levelsGive it a try!

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber washed and thinly sliced
- 1 lemon washed, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger minced or grated
- 10 mint leaves
- 6 cups water filtered
Instructions
- Pour your water into your picture and add in your prepared ingredients.1 cucumber, 1 lemon, 1 tbsp ginger, 10 mint leaves, 6 cups water
- Let the water infuse overnight.
- Serve and enjoy.
