I'm really trying hard to keep myself hydrated and drink a lot of water daily. The Mayo Clinic suggests we should aim for at least 11 cups each day. To make it easier to drink more water, I wanted to share this super simple infused water recipe. It's refreshing and packed with health benefits! I toss in cucumber, mint, lemon, and ginger, which can help with things like:
– Digestion and easing discomfort
– Reducing inflammation
– Boosting your immune system
– Staying hydrated
– Managing weight
– Promoting healthy skin
– Enhancing mental clarity and focus

Equipment

  • 1 cucumber washed and thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon washed, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced or grated
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 6 cups water filtered

Instructions
 

  • Pour your water into your picture and add in your prepared ingredients.
    1 cucumber, 1 lemon, 1 tbsp ginger, 10 mint leaves, 6 cups water
  • Let the water infuse overnight.
  • Serve and enjoy.
