Kori’s Coffee
I have been cutting back on sugar and I started with my coffee. There was a point where I thought I could never drink coffee without sugar. However, after some time, I removed the desire for sugar and supplemented with full flavor by adding cinnamon oil, mct oil, and vanilla flavored almond milk. In addition, I have decided to move to coffee that are sourced well and mold free. Give my coffee routine a try and see if this becomes your favorite morning drink. Enjoy!
