When preparing a breakfast or brunch, it's always nice to include refreshing mimosas. This recipe has the perfect blend of ingredients to serve up the best mimosa to your guests. Let's get mixing!
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 750 ml champagne chilled
- 20 oz orange juice freshly squeezed
Instructions
- Open the bottle of chilled sparkling wine. I prefer a sparkling wine from France, especially the champagne region.1 750 ml champagne
- Pour 2 ounces of freshly squeezed orange juice into a champagne flute then slowly add the champagne until the glass is full. Once the bubbles have gone down a bit, add more champagne until the glass is full.20 oz orange juice
- Garnish with fresh fruit like raspberries or a strawberry if desired. Cheers!
Notes
You can use a brut, cava, prosecco or whatever choice of sparkling wine you prefer. I have found some affordable options at Trader Joes that are from the Champagne, France region.
I also prefer freshly squeezed orange juice. However, feel free to substitute with a pulp free orange juice of choice.Â
