Vanilla Pecan Granola
Prepare to be amazed by how easy it is to whip up a batch of this granola using Mimi’s recipe. Once you experience the homemade goodness, you may never want to go back to buying granola from the store. The best part about creating your own granola is the freedom to experiment with different ingredients and customize it to your preference. I like to add in coconut flakes and different nuts. In the fall, I add in pumpkin seeds and pumpkin spice. It’s always good no matter how you mix it up. Let’s get cooking!
