Wellness Plan

One thing I’m certain of is that wellness is a journey. I’m constantly learning new things that I incorporate into my daily routine that encompasses health, nutrition, longevity, vitality, and happiness. It may seem overwhelming to try and manage all of these things. However, it’s important to remind yourself that you can do it and you are worth it. Now is a perfect time to start to make a change. Personally, I’ve made it my goal to live a long and healthy life, which involves building a lifestyle that aligns with that vision. I’ll pass on everything I’ve learned to make things easier for you and to try and support you as you begin your wellness journey. To simplify the process, I’ve narrowed my approach into four categories that I feel balance and support a healthy lifestyle. Let’s go!

Nutrition

Throughout this site, you will see a variety of recipes and resources. I’ve put together meal plans that are healthy and simple to follow. All you have to do is pick up the ingredients at the store or have them delivered, reference the recipes, and whip up some delicious meals. It’s that easy. I strive to eat high protein meals. If you’re curious about the significance of protein in your daily diet, I highly recommend checking out this excellent resource to learn more about the importance of protein in your everyday diet.

If a protein rich diet is important to you, then determine how much protein you need per day. Once you have this information, you can create a healthy, protein rich meal plan by referencing my recipes that are high in protein

Fasting

I’ve been practicing intermittent fasting for over a year. It’s been a hot topic among health experts, and the idea is starting to be more mainstream. It’s essentially a lifestyle where you choose a specific time frame for eating each day and stick to it. To learn more about intermittent fasting, listen to reliable doctors to determine if it’s right for you.

To be honest, it can take time to adjust to the lifestyle changes that come with intermittent fasting. There’s a lot to learn about it, like how to sync it up with your menstrual cycle. If you decide to try intermittent fasting, you can start right away.

I was able to implement an eight hour eating window without too much effort. I opted to have my meals between 11am and 7pm as it suited my daily routine. This implies that I can enjoy my food at 11am and refrain from eating anything after 7pm. The greatest advantage of this plan was that I could begin implementing it immediately, right after deciding to give intermittent fasting a try. I instantly saw all of the benefits and highly recommend giving it a try!

Get Active

Exercise is crucial, no doubt about it. We constantly get reminders through ads, promotions, and social media. There are free workout videos that can be streamed, affordable gyms, low cost in home workout equipment, and the freedom to exercise outdoors. There really is no excuse, except for ourselves holding us back. This is a friendly reminder to prioritize your well-being and take that first step. If you’re already on track, well done! If not, let’s push ourselves to make it happen. Here’s expert inspiration and motivation. Let’s get active!

Self Care

You are your number one priority. Stop and think about that. What if you treated yourself as if you were your own best friend. What if you gave yourself unconditional love. How does that make you feel?

Prioritizing yourself is essential for self-care. You deserve it. Need convincing? Take a few minutes to write down everything you’re grateful for in your life. This may include your accomplishments, creations, and achievements. After making the list, take a look at it. Impressive, isn’t it? This list highlights all the reasons you have to be thankful. Cheers to you! Use this as motivation to develop your own self care routine and remind yourself that you deserve to be the best version of yourself.
