Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup oat milk or preferred milk like almond milk, coconut milk, or cow's milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • Pour ½ cup of your preferred milk into container that can hold up to 1 cup. Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and 1 teaspoon of honey to the milk and stir.

  • Put the lid on the container and let the contents settle for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, shake the contain again.
