- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ cup oat milk or preferred milk like almond milk, coconut milk, or cow's milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
Optional toppings:
- 1 strawberries sliced
- 3-4 blueberries
- 2-3 raspberries
- ½ banana sliced
Instructions
- Pour ½ cup of your preferred milk into container that can hold up to 1 cup. Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and 1 teaspoon of honey to the milk and stir.2 tablespoons chia seeds, ½ cup oat milk, 1 teaspoon honey
- Put the lid on the container and let the contents settle for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, shake the contain again.
- Refrigerate the container with the lid on for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with your preferred ingredients, serve and enjoy! .1 strawberries, 3-4 blueberries
Notes
You can leave the honey out of the chia seed mixture or just drizzle honey on top of your pudding when you are ready to eat it. Enjoy!
