  • 2 cup rice Cook per package instructions. You can substitute with cauliflower rice or greens.

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, coat the meat in the cornstarch/pepper coating and set aside.
    1 pounds steak, 2 tbsp cornstarch with a pinch of pepper
  • Heat the oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add the steak pieces a few at a time and cook for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove pieces when done and place on a plate.
    2 tbsp avocado oil
  • Put more oil in the pan with the juice of the beef. Heat and then add the broccoli. Cook for 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender. You can put lid on the pan to let it steam a little while cooking.
    1 pound broccoli, 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • While the broccoli is cooking, prepare the sauce with the remaining ingredients.
    ½ cup soy sauce, 3 cloves garlic, 1 -2 tsp ginger
  • Add the sauce to the pan. Add the beef and cook with the sauce and broccoli for 3-5 minutes. You may want to add a little water to thin the sauce at this time.
    ½ cup water
  • This dish can be served over cauliflower rice, rice or salad greens. Enjoy!
