Blueberry Compote
I can't get enough of this blueberry compote recipe. I put it on top of my ice cream, yogurt, or my pancakes. It's so delicious and easy to make. Give it a try and enjoy!

- 2 cups Blueberries frozen
- 3 tablespoons Water
- ΒΌ cup Sugar or maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Combine 1 cup of the blueberries, water, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan.2 cups Blueberries, 3 tablespoons Water, ΒΌ cup Sugar, 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- Cook over a medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add the rest of the blueberries and cook for an additional 8 minutes. Stirring frequently while cooking.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
