Chimichurri Sauce
This chimichurri recipe is delicious. I’ve been using Butcher Box to have high quality, grass fed beef steaks delivered to my front door. I can put together a delicious Argentinian inspired dinner by paring this chimichurri sauce with my steak recipe. So grab a bottle of Malbec wine and your ingredients and let’s get cooking!
Chimichurri Sauce

Equipment
- 1 mini food processor optional
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh parsley finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ c extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Spanish sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp salt add more to taste
- ¼ tsp pepper add more to taste
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Allow the sauce to sit for 5-10 minutes to release all of the flavors into the oil. Ideally, let it sit for more than 2 hours to infuse the oil before serving. Serve with steak and enjoy!
