Creamy Cilantro Lime Sauce

- 1 glass storage container
Ingredients
- 2 cups cilantro fresh, fully packed
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 jalapenos seeded
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar optional
- ⅓ cup avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Add cilantro with tender stem, garlic cloves, jalapenos, salt, ground pepper, cumin, lime juice, and Greek yogurt into your food processor.2 cups cilantro, 4 cloves garlic, 2 jalapenos, ¼ cup lime juice, ½ cup Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon cumin, salt and pepper
- Blend until smooth.
- Slowly add in the vinegar (optional) and olive oil to the food processor. Continue to blend until it makes a smooth and creamy sauce.1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, ⅓ cup avocado oil
- Taste and add more salt and/or pepper if needed.salt and pepper
- Transfer the cilantro lime sauce into an air tight container or glass jar.
