This is the easiest, four ingredient mango sorbet. It’s a tasty treat on any hot day and pairs well with any Asian inspired dinners like my Beef and Broccoli recipe. Just whip it up in minutes and enjoy!

  • Measure out all of your ingredients and set aside.
    4 ½ cups mango, ¼ cup pure maple syrup, ½ lemon

  • Add mango, syrup and lemon juice to the blender.

  • Blend on smoothie setting if using a Blentec bender or similar setting if using another brand of blender. Add in coconut water, a little at a time. Continue to blend and add in more coconut water until you achieve the desired creamy consistency.
    1 cup coconut water

  • Place sorbet into a freezer container and freeze until ready to use.
  • Serve and enjoy!
