Easy Mango Sorbet
This is the easiest, four ingredient mango sorbet. It’s a tasty treat on any hot day and pairs well with any Asian inspired dinners like my Beef and Broccoli recipe. Just whip it up in minutes and enjoy!
Easy Mango Sorbet
This sorbet recipe is so easy and quick to make and only requires 4 ingredients. It's a delicious and creamy treat. Enjoy!
Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 4 ½ cups mango frozen chunks
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ lemon juiced
- 1 cup coconut water more or less as needed
Instructions
- Measure out all of your ingredients and set aside.4 ½ cups mango, ¼ cup pure maple syrup, ½ lemon
- Add mango, syrup and lemon juice to the blender.
- Blend on smoothie setting if using a Blentec bender or similar setting if using another brand of blender. Add in coconut water, a little at a time. Continue to blend and add in more coconut water until you achieve the desired creamy consistency.1 cup coconut water
- Place sorbet into a freezer container and freeze until ready to use.
- Serve and enjoy!
