Greek Tzatziki Sauce
This is such a great recipe for Tzatziki sauce. The ingredients are so refreshing for a Summer dip or appetizer. I used my home made Greek yogurt recipe to make my sauce but you can use your favorite plain Greek yogurt. Give it a try!
Greek Tzatziki Sauce
This authentic Greek recipe for Tzatziki sauce is so good and easy to make. It is full of flavor and such a great appetizer for this Summer. I used my homemade Greek yogurt recipe for the base, but you can use store bought Greek yogurt as well. Give it a try!

- 1 grater
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- ½ cup cucumber shredded and drained
- ½ tsp garlic minced
- ⅓ cup dill finely chopped
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag carrot chips optional
- 1 english cucumber optional, sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, olive oil, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.1 ½ cup plain greek yogurt, ½ cup cucumber, ½ tsp garlic, ⅓ cup dill, ½ tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper, 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
- Allow flavors to meld. You can cover and put the dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
