This authentic Greek recipe for Tzatziki sauce is so good and easy to make. It is full of flavor and such a great appetizer for this Summer. I used my homemade Greek yogurt recipe for the base, but you can use store bought Greek yogurt as well. Give it a try!

  • In a small bowl combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, olive oil, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
    1 ½ cup plain greek yogurt, ½ cup cucumber, ½ tsp garlic, ⅓ cup dill, ½ tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper, 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
  • Allow flavors to meld. You can cover and put the dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  • Enjoy with fresh vegetables or whatever you prefer to dip.
