Homemade Greek Yogurt Pops

When it's hot outside, take a break and make these easy homemade and healthy Greek yogurt pops. So grab your popsicle molds, some fresh or frozen fruit and some Greek yogurt and let's go!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt See step 1 below to determine the exact amount of Greek yogurt needed.
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 5-6 strawberries fresh, halved, and washed. Substitute with preferred fruit

Instructions
 

  • If needed, rinse and clean your popsicle molds and set aside. To determine the quantity of Greek yogurt needed, pour some yogurt into one of your popsicle molds and multiply this by the quantity of popsicles you will be making. For example, my mold holds ⅓ cup of yogurt and I made 5 popsicles.

  • Pour the Greek yogurt into a mini food processor. Add in your freshly washed and halved strawberries and maple syrup. Blend until thoroughly mixed and creamy.

  • Pour yogurt mixture into each popsicle mold. Freeze overnight or until the popsicle is solid. Serve and enjoy!
