  • Preheat the grill to medium high, or around 375 to 450°F.
  • While the grill is preheating, husk the corn and rinse off any extra silk.
    4 ears of corn

  • Brush the ears with oil until the entire surface is coated.
    4 tbsp avocado oil

  • Grill the cobs directly on the oven grates for 12 to 15 minutes, turning every 3 or 4 minutes until lightly brown on all sides.
  • When ready, remove from the grill and coat with butter, salt and pepper.

  • Serve and enjoy!
