- 4 ears of corn
- 4 tbsp avocado oil
- ⅛ cup butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium high, or around 375 to 450°F.
- While the grill is preheating, husk the corn and rinse off any extra silk.4 ears of corn
- Brush the ears with oil until the entire surface is coated.4 tbsp avocado oil
- Grill the cobs directly on the oven grates for 12 to 15 minutes, turning every 3 or 4 minutes until lightly brown on all sides.
- When ready, remove from the grill and coat with butter, salt and pepper.⅛ cup butter, salt and pepper
