Healthy Tuna Salad

- 2 5 oz cans white albacor tuna in water drained
- 2 celery stalks thinly sliced
- 1 stem green onion thinkly sliced
- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2-3 cornichons pickles chopped, optional
Instructions
