  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the tuna. Blend until well combined.
    2 celery stalks, 1 stem green onion, ⅓ cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, 2-3 cornichons pickles
  • Add in the drained tuna fish and mix well to ensure all of the ingredients are blended together.
    2 5 oz cans white albacor tuna in water
  • Serve on toasted bread, fresh bread, over lettuce, on crackers, or however you prefer. Enjoy!
