- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
- 1 cup blueberries washed
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350℉.
- Prepare you muffin pan by coating it with non stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla extract.1 cup Greek yogurt, ¼ cup maple syrup, 2 eggs, ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Add in flour and baking powder. Mix until well combined.1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder
