High Protein Cottage Cheese Egg Bake

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded, or preferred cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Tbsp chives chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetables optional, spinach, bell peppers, or onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9 inch pie dish by coating the bottom with cooking spray or butter. Set aside.
