  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare a 9 inch pie dish by coating the bottom with cooking spray or butter. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, chopped vegetables (if using), chopped chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
    6 large eggs, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 2 Tbsp chives, 1/2 cup vegetables
