Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
This is a classic take on the Italian vinaigrette dressing. It pairs well with a simple salad of romaine lettuce, Italian herb croissants, and some shaved parmesan cheese. Enjoy!

- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ⅛ teaspoon Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper add more to taste
- ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Whisk together the vinegar, mustard, herbs and salt in a small bowl. Whisk in the oil, slowing adding the oil and then adding the rest in a steady stream to make a smooth, slightly thick dressing. Whisk in your ground black pepper.
