Mediterranean Wrap
A wrap is an easy solution for lunch or dinner. The tasty ingredients in this wraps provides full flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 8 tbsp hummus
- 2 cup mixed salad greens
- 2 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 8 tbsp sundried tomatoes in oil and herbs
- 8 tbsp basil pesto we love Rana’s
- 8 tbsp crumbled feta cheese or dairy free alternative
Instructions
- For assembly of each wrap: set out the tortilla or alternative wrap and spread hummus down the center. To the left of the hummus, add the mixed greens. Top with the chicken, sun-dried tomatoes (add these with a fork to drain out some of the oil). - To wrap: fold the top and bottom in slightly and then tightly roll up the tortilla. Use a sharp knife to cut the wrap in half and enjoy immediately!
