  • Mix flour, salt, and pepper together in a medium bowl. Toss in the beef cubes and stir until well coated.
    ¼ cup all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • Place coated beef in the slow cooker.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
    1 ½ cups beef broth, 4 carrots, 3 potatoes, 1 onion, 1 celery, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon ground paprika, 1 clove garlic, 1 bay leaf
  • Cover until the beef is tender enough to easily cut. If using the low setting, cook for 8 to 12 hours. If using the high setting, cook for 4 to 6 hours.
