Steak Marinade

I absolutely love this marinade. It elevates a delicious cut of steak to the next level. It’s my go-to recipe when I get my order from Butcher Box. Give it a try and see if it becomes your favorite marinade. Enjoy!

Steak Marinade
This is a delicious and easy marinade for steak. I used with top sirloin and it delivered on flavor. Keep this in your back pocket for any steak. Enjoy!
Equipment
- 1 8×8 glass baking dish with lid; or whatever size dish fits all four steaks
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard or yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- cracked pepper
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a glass measuring cup. You can use a fork to mix.1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Wash the steaks and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Place the steaks in a glass baking dish that fits all four of your steaks.
- Pour the marinade over the steaks. Cover the steaks with cracked pepper. Place the cover on your glass dish and refrigerate until ready.cracked pepper
- The longer the steaks marinate, the more flavor they will have.
- Take the steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit until they are room temperature.
- Enjoy as is or serve the steak with my chimichurri sauce!
