Toffee and Chocolate Chip Cookies
These scrumptious cookies are a family favorite. They are fluffy and offer a delicious blend of chocolate chips and toffee pieces. Enjoy.

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee candy chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients (aka. flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt).3 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt
- In the bowl of your electric mixer, beat the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.1 cup unsalted butter, softened, 1 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 Tbsp vanilla
- Add in the dry ingredients and beat on low speed until all ingredients are combined.
- Add in the chips and toffee pieces and blend on low. Scoop out dough balls onto the parchment lined pan. Space about 2 inches apart.1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup toffee candy chips
- Cook for 14 minutes or until lightly brown. Let cool and enjoy.
Notes
If you’re having trouble locating toffee bits, don’t hesitate to swap them out with nuts or any other ingredients you prefer.
