  • Preheat the air fryer to 400℉.

  • Wash and paper towel dry the chicken wings. Set aside.
    12 chicken wings
  • Mix the dry rub ingredients in a bowl.
    ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder
  • Thoroughly brush and coat the chicken wings with olive oil. Sprinkling the dry rub on all sides. Rub around each wing to evenly coat.
  • Place the wings in the preheated air fryer and cook at 400℉ for 10 minutes. Turn and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165℉.
  • Serve and enjoy with my detox salad recipe.
