Hawaiian Mai Tai

Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounce light rum
- 1 ½ ounce gold rum
- 1 ounce dark rum
- ½ ounce Amaretto or almond liquor
- 2 ounce Cointreau or triple sec or orange Curacao
- 1 lime freshly squeezed
- maraschino cherry, lime, pineapple, mint for garnishes
- ice crushed
Instructions
- Combine all of the liquors and the juice from your lime in a shaker.1 ½ ounce light rum, 1 ½ ounce gold rum, ½ ounce Amaretto, 2 ounce Cointreau, 1 lime, 1 ounce dark rum
- Add a generous scoop of crushed ice.ice
- Shake everything vigorously in your cocktail shaker and then pour the mixture into a highball glass.
- Spear the pineapple, cherry, lime wedge and garnish with a mint leaf.maraschino cherry, lime, pineapple, mint for garnishes
- Serve and enjoy!
