- 1 14 ounce can Artichoke Hearts drained, excess juice squeezed out
- 1 15 ounce can White Beans rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs thyme, oregano, or Italian herb blend
- ΒΌ cup Feta Cheese optional
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beans, olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor fitted with the chopping blade. Pulse ingredients until creamy.1 14 ounce can Artichoke Hearts, 1 15 ounce can White Beans, 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
